I would recommend the first option, to search for online solution.
And if you think necessary, you can also google it by the given information.
At the first glance I suspect there could be a problem with your graphic card, because ATI is a graphic card vendor. But after i searched google with mscorwks.dll keyword, it shows that it is the bug of the .Net framework. I found many crashes with other exe files, not just MOM.exe.
Here's the solution i have found. I advise before asking a question in any forum, or anywhere, please be sure that you have tried to find the solution yourself before asking.
